Terms governing use of the Mafkat store, account registration, orders, and product purchases.

1.Acceptance and updates
Welcome to the Mafkat store. Accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order means that you accept these terms and the policies linked to them. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the website.
Mafkat may amend these terms when needed. An amendment takes effect when published, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version. You should review this page periodically.
2.Eligibility and store use
- A user must have reached the legal age under applicable law or use the store with the consent of a legal guardian or representative.
- The website may not be used for unlawful purposes or to harm the website, its users, or third-party rights.
- Access may be restricted or suspended for accounts that violate these terms or have otherwise been suspended.
3.Account and registration obligations
- Accurate, complete, and current information must be provided during registration and ordering and updated when it changes.
- The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity conducted through the account.
- Mafkat must be notified immediately of suspected unauthorized account use. To the extent permitted by law, Mafkat is not responsible for losses caused by the user's disclosure of or failure to protect account credentials.
4.Order processing
- Submitting an order or receiving an automated confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs after payment, availability, and fulfilment checks.
- Mafkat may verify the customer's identity or payment details before processing an order.
- An order may be cancelled or adjusted because of unavailable stock, a material pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or unavailable shipping. Amounts collected for a cancelled portion will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
5.Product descriptions, pricing, and availability
- Mafkat aims to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications, but colors or appearance may vary by screen or production batch.
- Pricing, description, or availability errors may be corrected at any time. If a correction affects an existing order, the customer will be contacted before proceeding, or the affected part will be cancelled and refunded.
- Stock information is indicative and may change between order placement and processing.
6.Payment, charges, and taxes
- Payments are made through the methods available at checkout and may be processed by independent payment providers under their terms and policies.
- Product prices are shown in Saudi riyals before VAT. Applicable VAT is added and shown separately in the cart and at checkout, and the final total includes VAT.
- Shipping charges or additional fees are calculated by destination and delivery method and shown at checkout or in a separate quotation.
7.Shipping and buyer protection
- Mafkat aims to process orders within 24 business hours. Delivery within Saudi Arabia usually takes two to five business days after dispatch, although all timeframes are estimates.
- Purchases should be inspected before acceptance to confirm that they match the order and are undamaged. If visible shipping damage exists, refuse the shipment and notify Mafkat immediately.
- The additional provisions in the Shipping and Delivery Policy and Return and Exchange Policy apply.
8.Website use and intellectual property
Content owned by or licensed to Mafkat—including branding, designs, text, images, graphics, and software—is protected under applicable laws. It may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission, except for personal use necessary to shop on the website.
9.User information and submissions
- Users warrant that submitted information, reviews, and materials are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe the rights of others.
- Users may not impersonate others, use misleading contact information, or submit malicious software or abusive content.
- Mafkat may review, reject, or remove violating content. Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10.Electronic communications
By using the website, emailing us, or placing an order, you consent to receiving account-, order-, and service-related communications electronically, including by email, message, or website notice. Such communications are treated as written where permitted by law.
11.Service availability and liability
The website is provided as available and may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, technical reasons, or events outside Mafkat's control. Mafkat aims to keep content accurate and the service secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
12.General terms and governing law
- These terms and the referenced policies form the agreement governing use of and purchases from the store.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- Discount codes are subject to the offer period, conditions, and availability and cannot be used after expiry or cancellation.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent Saudi authorities and courts under applicable law.
