By using this website, you agree to the following: • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order. • You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the website. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We strive to display products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However: • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. • All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable. • We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors without prior notice. • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

When you place an order through our website: • An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. • We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Mada, and American Express. • Payment is processed at the time of order placement. • Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

We currently offer delivery within Dammam, Khobar, and Dhahran. • Estimated delivery times vary by region and are provided at checkout. These are estimates and not guarantees. • The customer must inspect the shipment upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately to the delivery driver. • If the shipment shows signs of damage upon arrival, the customer has the right to refuse it. • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

We permit product returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions: • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. • Return or exchange arrangements are coordinated with the customer based on the order status and product type. • For returns, please bring the product to Mohiit Al Enara Establishment. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: • Products manufactured or modified to customer specifications (unless defective). • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse. • Storage-sensitive products (such as sealants and insulation materials). Customers must report any product damage immediately upon receipt.

Where installation services are included or purchased: • Installation is performed by qualified technicians in coordination with the customer. • Installation appointments are scheduled based on availability and location. • Installation workmanship is warranted for the period specified at the time of purchase. • The store is not liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions at the installation site, including faulty wiring or structural problems.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Mafkat and is protected under Saudi intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
