• The product must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been consumed or otherwise used.
• Mafkat may inspect the product before approving an exchange to confirm that these conditions are met.
• Return shipping for an exchange is free for the customer. A separate fee of 10% of the value of the products returned for exchange applies for handling and repackaging. This fee is waived if the product is defective or Mafkat supplied the wrong item.

3.Return period and conditions

• A purchase may be cancelled and the product returned within seven days of receipt, without affecting statutory or contractual warranty rights.
• The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original condition, and may be inspected before the return is accepted.
• Return shipping is free for the customer. A separate fee of 10% of the value of the returned products applies for handling and repackaging. This fee is waived if the product is defective or Mafkat supplied the wrong item.

• Products manufactured or modified to a customer's instructions or specifications, except where defective or not compliant with the agreed specifications.
• Products damaged by the customer's mishandling, storage, or use.
• Storage-sensitive products, such as insulation materials and silicone products, once they have left their approved storage conditions.

6.Damage or defects on delivery

• Products must be inspected and any visible damage reported immediately upon delivery.
• If damage was caused during shipping, refuse the shipment and notify Mafkat immediately.
• Any non-visible defect must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, together with the order number and photos or videos showing the issue.
